Refunds

Items will be refunded if it is returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We will require details of your order and your order number.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on opened or already used products.  We do not accept returns or refunds for Salt Sky purchases bought in-store.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you when we have received and approved returned goods.  The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
